Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain how you may use JoinNexora, what our AI-powered career intelligence tools provide, your responsibilities, subscription rules, refunds, liability limits, and the legal terms that apply to the platform.

Important summary

JoinNexora helps you understand and improve your career materials, but it does not guarantee employment outcomes. You remain responsible for keeping your information truthful and reviewing all AI-generated suggestions before using them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using JoinNexora at joinnexora.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free users, Pro subscribers, and any institution or company accessing JoinNexora.

2. What JoinNexora Provides

  • JoinNexora provides AI-powered career intelligence tools including ATS resume scoring and analysis, AI-assisted resume rewriting, Career GPS and market position analysis, daily career roadmaps and learning plans, live job matching based on resume skills, application tracking tools, and interview preparation tools.
  • JoinNexora provides career guidance and intelligence. We are not a recruitment agency, employment service, or career counsellor. Our tools help you make better career decisions — they do not guarantee employment, interviews, salary increases, or promotions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your education, experience, and skills; review all AI-generated content before using it in job applications; never misrepresent your qualifications using AI-generated suggestions; maintain the security of your account credentials; not share your account with others; and not use JoinNexora to create misleading or fraudulent resume content.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use the career intelligence and resume improvements provided by JoinNexora.

4. Honest AI Policy and Disclaimer

  • JoinNexora AI tools are designed to improve the clarity and presentation of your actual experience only. We never invent skills, companies, employment dates, achievements, salary figures, or metrics you do not have.
  • AI-generated suggestions are for guidance only. They do not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or employment counselling. JoinNexora is not a licensed career counsellor, recruitment agency, or employment service.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in any job application, resume, or professional document. You must ensure all content accurately reflects your real qualifications.
  • JoinNexora is not liable for any employment outcome, interview result, salary negotiation outcome, or career decision made based on AI suggestions from the platform.
  • AI systems can make errors. Resume analysis scores, skill gap assessments, market position data, and salary estimates are approximate and may not accurately reflect your specific situation or local job market conditions.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Plan: The Career Check plan is free forever. No credit card is required. Free features may be adjusted over time.
  • Weekly Trial: The Weekly plan is currently priced at Rs.99 per week for founding members. Perfect for trying Pro features before committing monthly.
  • Pro Plan: The Pro plan is currently priced at Rs.299 per month or Rs.2,499 per year for founding members. Standard pricing may increase to Rs.699 per month after the first 100 members.
  • Beta Period: During the current beta period, founding members keep their beta pricing as long as their plan remains active.
  • Payments: Payments are currently processed manually via UPI. Automated billing via Razorpay will be introduced when available. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting hello@joinnexora.in. Your free Career Check access remains available after cancellation.
  • Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@joinnexora.in for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period.
  • To request a refund, email us with your registered email address and payment reference. We will process refunds within 5-7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: Your resume content, career data, and personal information remain your property. You grant JoinNexora a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the services you request.
  • Our Platform: The JoinNexora platform, including its design, code, algorithms, brand, and all content we create, is owned by JoinNexora. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
  • AI-Generated Content: Career suggestions, resume improvements, and roadmaps generated by JoinNexora AI are provided for your personal use in your job search.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • JoinNexora is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for employment outcomes, salary negotiations, or career decisions made based on our platform; we are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you choose to use; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose; and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Service Availability

  • We work to keep JoinNexora reliable but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9A. User Data and Accuracy

  • You represent and warrant that all information you provide to JoinNexora, including resume content, work history, skills, education, and personal details, is accurate, truthful, and your own.
  • JoinNexora analyses the information you provide. The quality and accuracy of our analysis depends entirely on the accuracy of information you submit. We are not responsible for analysis results based on inaccurate or false information you provide.
  • You must not upload resumes, documents, or information belonging to other people without their explicit written consent.
  • Providing false information to JoinNexora to obtain career analysis or advice constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account termination.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt to misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@joinnexora.in.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of JoinNexora shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11A. Dispute Resolution and Complaint Process

  • Before filing any legal action against JoinNexora, you agree to first contact us at hello@joinnexora.in with a detailed written description of your complaint and the resolution you seek.
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 business days and attempt to resolve it within 30 days.
  • If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
  • Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This agreement is governed by Indian law.
  • For consumer complaints, you may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your district.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes by email or platform notice with at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Prohibited Uses

  • You may not use JoinNexora to create fraudulent resumes, misrepresent qualifications, or deceive potential employers.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or replicate JoinNexora's algorithms, scoring methodology, or platform features.
  • You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access JoinNexora without written permission.
  • You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.
